The Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix provides more that 10 league sports like basketball, girl’s volleyball, soccer, flag football and futsol and more than 18,000 hours of sports and nutrition programming each year to help kids stay healthy and fit.
- More than two thirds of Arizona teens do not meet the recommended levels for daily physical activity.
- 60% of Arizona high school students do not attend physical education classes at school. At the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix, targeted teen sports leagues for boys and girls and daily fitness programs are offered year-round.
