Ford Offers New Car Buyers Up to 6 Months of Monthly Payment Relief

Ford Motor Company is doing its part to help ease the burdens that people across our country are shouldering due to the coronavirus pandemic. In mid-March, Ford executives met with dealers throughout the nation to gauge what their customers need the most, and the answer was clear: monthly payment relief for those affected by COVID-19.

Eligible new Ford customers who finance their vehicles through Ford Credit will be able to receive up to 6 months of payment relief through the “Built to Lend a Hand” program. 3 months of the period will be completely covered by Ford and customers are enabled to defer for up to 3 additional months for a 6-month total.

The Built to Lend a Hand program is for customers with new 2019 and 2020 models minus the 2020 F-Series Super Duty. This payment plan came about shortly after the well-received Ford Credit program, which encourages customers whose finances have been affected by the coronavirus pandemic to call Ford Credit and discuss their options.

Ford dealers such as Sanderson Ford will offer online sales experiences so prospective customers can still do their research. Services also include pickup and delivery for maintenance. To help prevent the spread of coronavirus and grow peace of mind, Ford is supplying a new disinfection process for new and loaner vehicles.

If you recently purchased a vehicle at Sanderson Ford, make sure to call us if you have questions about monthly payment relief!
