Ford Ranger Winch-Ready Bumper is Now Available

Ford Ranger

You can now get a Ford Ranger winch-ready bumper thanks to Ford Performance Parts and ARB 4×4 Accessories, which are working together to design some impressive off-road ready accessories for the rugged pickup truck.

“For Ranger customers who want the ultimate adventure gear, a Ford Performance collaboration with ARB is a dream come true,” said Eric Cin, global director, Ford Vehicle Personalization and Accessories. “With 45 years of design and engineering experience in the overlanding and rock-crawling world, ARB is bringing additional options for Ranger customers looking to make their truck even more capable.”

The first accessory Ford Performance Parts and ARB 4×4 are making is a winch-ready bumper, and for anyone who goes off-roading frequently, they know how important a reliable winch can be. It is the simplest way to get yourself or a friend out of a jam.

The Ford Ranger winch-ready bumper was designed specifically for the pickup and is precision engineered to work precisely with the truck’s factory parts including the existing chassis mounting points. The bumper will also not hamper the functionality of any safety systems or sensors. It is also finished with an Integrit® powder coat for extra durability.

In addition to the winch, the ARB bumper will work with a variety of accessories including LED light bars, antenna and flag mounts, and jacking points.

Ford Truck Leveling Kit Now Available

Ford Truck Leveling Kit | Phoenix, AZ

Off-roading in your Ford F-150 or Ranger has just gotten better. In a stunning first, Ford Performance Parts has unleashed an after-sale Ford truck leveling kit for both the F-150 and Ranger models, which will improve off-road performance and increase customization.

For starters, this leveling kit adds FOX™ shocks that have been uniquely optimized for the Ford trucks. Further, the aftermarket kit ups ground clearance (with a 2-inch left) and boasts new front coilover springs for an improved spring rate, new aluminum FOX shock bodies for easier cooling, and upper front mounts with polyurethane bushing to reduce unwanted noise and vibration.

So how does this improve off-roading in the F-150 and Ranger? According to Ford, F-150 trucks with the 145-inch wheelbase will benefit from a 22% in approach angle and 7% increase in breakover angle. Ranger models have a similar story: 21% increase in approach angle and 10% increase in breakover angle.

“Ford Performance Parts developed these kits to make the off-road experience even better for our Ranger and F-150 customers,” remarked Eric Cin, global director, Ford Vehicle Personalization and Accessories. “Truck customers are asking for options for increased capability and customization, and the new leveling suspension kits for Ranger and F-150 deliver on that need.”

You can order this offering at Sanderson Ford for just $1,495.

Production on the all-new Ford Ranger kicked off in October at the Michigan Assembly Plant, putting the best-in-class-capable pickup truck that much closer to its official release date.

“Ford truck fans demanded a midsize pickup that’s ‘Built Ford Tough,’ and we’re delivering with our all-new Ranger that’s specially designed and engineered for American truck customers,” said Joe Hinrichs, Ford’s president of global operations. “At the same time, we’re revitalizing our Michigan Assembly Plant and securing good-paying jobs for our hourly employees here in the U.S.”
