Ford Creates 2,700 New Jobs to Build 2021 Bronco

2021 Ford Bronco Sport | Sanderson Ford | Glendale, AZ

Ford’s huge investment in the 2021 Bronco resulted in an incredibly cool and capable vehicle — but the good news goes beyond that. Thanks to the Bronco, 2,700 new jobs have been created at the Michigan Assembly Plant where this 4×4 SUV is being built.

The original Ford Bronco was built at the same plant starting in the 1960s, and now things have come full circle. More than 125,000 customers placed pre-orders for the new Bronco, and employees at Michigan Assembly are currently hard at work making these vehicles and sending them out to dealerships around the country.

“Once again, UAW members are excited to build one of the most iconic vehicles in automotive history as the full-size Ford Bronco launches production,” said UAW Vice President Gerald Kariem. “This American automotive staple is crafted right here in Michigan by UAW members and will continue the innovative nameplate with quality and pride.”

Available in both two-door and four-door variants, the Bronco is built for off-road mastery. All models feature standard 4×4, sophisticated all-terrain capabilities, and instantly recognizable and rugged design. The Bronco also offers a huge selection of accessories and customization options to match your preferred adventure.

2022 Ford F150 Lightning | Sanderson Ford | Glendale, AZ

Eager to experience the Ford F-150 Lightning for yourself? You aren’t the only one. Since May, well over 100,000 people have signed up to reserve this exciting new all-electric pickup.

The F-Series truck lineup is already wildly popular and profitable. Adding the F-150 Lightning represented a risk for Ford, as it wasn’t clear whether there would be a big demand for an electric truck. But now, with reservations continuing to pile up, there’s no doubt that Lightning sales will be red-hot.

The F-150 Lightning makes buying an electric pickup look like an extremely attractive option. Not only do you get up to 300 miles of driving range, but the Lightning doesn’t skip a beat when it comes to traditional pickup capabilities. The numbers say it all: 563 horsepower, 775 lb-ft of torque, 10,000 pounds in max towing, and 2,000 pounds of max payload.

The Lightning also comes loaded with innovative features like the Ford Intelligent Backup Power mobile generator, BlueCruise hands-free driving tech, Pro Trailer Hitch Assist, and so much more.

The F-150 Lightning will arrive at dealerships in spring 2022, but it’s available to reserve now at Ford’s website and at Sanderson Ford in Glendale, Arizona. Give us a call to learn more about this groundbreaking new truck.
